Description —Search for suppliers based on price, quality, availability, reliability, —Buy better quality supplies in bulk and distribute them as per departments needs —Analyze price proposals and other data and information to determine reasonable prices —Prepare purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, and review requisitions for merchandise. —Issue purchase orders as needed, ensuring on time delivery of the required quantities after getting the necessary approvals. —Review and follow up in all purchase orders made by concerned parties and departments. —Check market prices regularly to evaluate the open contracts prices. —Collect the invoice & the receiving documents and prepare them for the purchasing manager approval. —Submit the collected payment documents to finance after having all approvals. —Issue purchase report reflecting the status of opened purchase orders and the closed ones. —Follow up purchasing orders & local purchasing activities accurately on daily basis.
Qualifications •1-3 years of experience. •Bachelor degree preferable Engineering or Commerce “Foreign Trade or Business Administration”. •Very good computer skills, Self-motivated, Decision maker. •High Communication & Negotiation Skills. •Work under pressure with minimum Supervision. •Ability to work under pressure.
