Description Develop strategies to attract and recruit pool of candidate using a variety of tools and techniques. Participate in designing, building and implementing recruitment policies and procedures. Prepare Annual Manpower Plan with Department Heads & submit it for approvals. Propose the recruitment budget to be submitted to the sector head for approval. Coordinate with the OD supervisor all replacement, rotation and transfers. Create and update the recruitment database regularly. Conduct interviews and reference checks for all levels of management. Communicate with recruitment service providers to follow up on the required post and to ensure they full awareness of the requirements. Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and all related to staffing communications. Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences. Conducts competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments. Sources applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position. Makes offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants. Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days. Ensures remaining informed of developments in areas such as salaries, employee benefits and departmental needs. Selects employment advertising methods when needed Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the manager. Handling appraisals process with the related technical managers. Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, social media, direct sourcing, employee referrals, job fairs, research, print media, networking and agencies. Negotiate salaries, bonuses, and offer packages for staff-level to senior manager-level candidates.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred with an HR Diploma. At least five Years experience in this filed or three years in FMCG Davison recruitment
