Description 1.Manage the overall operations and activities of the Service centres towards the accomplishment of Companys standards, methods and procedures and business targets. 2.Manage escalated customer complaints and take the necessary towards resolving them. 3.Establish a reporting framework and system that captures the Service centres performance and enables sound decision making. 4.Manage the finalizing of contracts with customers. 5.Provide employees with guidance, directions, leadership, and support necessary to ensure maximum level of performance within the Service centres. 6.Liaise with HR to recruit, develop and train employees to increase levels of competencies and skills within the department. 7.Develop the annual Service centres plan and oversee its implementation making sure that it achieves Companys overall business plan. 8.Set teams annual objectives and provide guidance and directions towards their achievement of these objectives.
Qualifications •Fluency in English language •Strong management abilities. •Basic knowledge of finance and accounting. •Advanced communication and interpersonal abilities. •Advanced organization abilities •University degree in Business Administration or a similar discipline.
