Description Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System - Handles ticket issuance, rebook and refund for group and business affiliates Submits daily Sales Reports of cash and credit sales Assist and serves customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction Performs administrative functions Computes and issue refunds for ticket purchases
Qualifications Computer literate and proficient in using the Amadeus System. One year of reservations and ticketing with IATA travel agency handling corporate account. Excellent customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns. Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries workflow and processes Hardworking, motivated, and well-groomed. Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving and team work Creative, innovative, and assertive Adapting to change. Basic presentation skills Integrity – Fulfilling commitments. Ability to communicate in both verbal and written English Good at Chinese Language Able to work on Shifts Basis
