Description Perform or evaluate research, such as detailed company or industry analyses, to inform financial forecasting, decision making, or valuation. Inform investment decisions by analyzing financial information to forecast business, industry, or economic conditions. Monitor developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory. Monitor financial or operational performance of individual investments to ensure the investment portfolio of ZC meets risk goals. Present oral or written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries. Present investment information, such as product risks, fees, or fund performance statistics. Prepare plans of action for investment, using financial analyses. Interpret data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, economic influences, and other factors affecting investment programs. Draw charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate financial reports. Meet with investors to determine their investment goals or to discuss their investment strategies and Attend investment briefings or consult financial media to stay abreast of relevant investment markets. Determine the prices at which securities should be syndicated and offered to the public. Evaluate and compare the relative quality of various securities in a given industry.
Qualifications Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data. BA in Economics or Business administration from a leading university. Must have completed a Credit Course program, a CFA (level 1 at least), or courses in company valuations.
