Description Lawyer - Corporate Legal Department. Assisting in providing legal advice in all projects & issues before starting & forecasting any dangerous consequences which may be faced in the future Researching and continuously being update of all legal subjects & issues in different fields of law to be ready at any time to offer and present the legal point of view. Negotiating and protecting the company rights while drafting all contracts and agreements with second parties. Complete follow up & execution of all articles in any agreement /contracts to ensure that the second party executes his duty. Registering, renewing & maintaining of Trade Marks and Industrial Designs to protect it from a legal point of view. Coordinating with external lawyers and other law firms. Preparing all the necessary documents needed for the formation of Companys General Assembly and Board of Directors Meetings. Supporting Head of Corporate legal in all board of directors matters and protecting shareholders rights. Assisting Head of Corporate legal in conducting all the day-to-day functions of the Department. Preparing monthly report for all legal actions & updated cases and all output of the legal department to monitor the legal affairs performance.
Qualifications Very Good language and communication skills (Arabic and English). Good analytical skills and a dynamic attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company Image to the public. Service driven attitude. Team player. Flexible and highly accurate.
