Description Local & foreign purchasing — Receives and prepares invoices from suppliers and ensures they are paid in timely fashion based on established criteria. — Maintains an accurate and up-to-date supplier information database for regularly purchased items, and stays up-to-date of local market conditions & trends. — Prepares and processes Requisition Orders, Purchase Orders and contracts. — Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations. — Take inventory and analyze all documentation such as invoices, bills and other supply documents. — Establish and maintain collaborating relationships with customers, suppliers and supply chain staff. — Register all documents and handle customers and suppliers databases. — Ensure compliance with supply chain activities standards and regulations . logistics — Perform research activities in order to identify new solutions for logistical challenges. — Supports domestic and international cargo shipments for routine and emergency operations by, road, rail, sea and air including chartered flights. — Ensures that goods are shipped to and from manufacture place through quickest routes and cost effectively. — Administers freight insurances. — Maintains and updates shipment files and register. — Administers cargo loss claims. — Maintains and develops sound processes for transportation of goods. — Supports domestic and international cargo shipments for routine and emergency operations by, road, rail, sea and air including chartered flights. — Prepare shipping documentation. — Make sure goods reach the correct destination. — Ensure products movement from suppliers to retail outlets . common — Make sure all supplies are sent on due time. — Solve customers complaints and problems. — Establishes and maintains a good professional working relationship with suppliers, and service providers.
