Description - Ensure that the different product and process in the company are in compliance with the quality manual, procedures and work instruction - Update the work instruction in case of modification - Ensure a systematic reinforced control (100% of all the dimension in the customer drawing) for all new products - Review systematically the production file of the newly produced product and suggest modification to the engineering department if any. - Ensure that the quality controllers are doing their day to day job correctly (60%) - Follow up the quality controllers attendance and distribution in the different sectors - Analysis of non conforms through DANTOTSU meetings, 8D reports, QRQC,..etc - Help the non conform responsible to find the main root cause of the problem - Verify the application of the corrective action in the requested date - Apply the internal audit plan - Make a review audits to ensure the application of the corrective actions in case. - Develop workshop trainings as requested by the quality manager - Prepare the requested training documents as needed - Making the © NC treatment report ¹, non conform reports and monthly data analysis (as requested by the quality manager)
Qualifications - Mechanical Engineer - Fluency in English, Arabic and French would be considered as an asset. - Knowledgeable on ISO 9001 certification.
