Description — Assist in developing the policies & procedures for the Company. — Develop a grading system for all levels in the Company. — Propose benefit schemes based on the job levels. — Provide HR procedures and competencies for career planning, succession planning. — Recruitment: search, interview, and shortlist candidates with recommendations. — Issue monthly reports related to headcount, resignations, leaves, etc. — Create job descriptions for all staff members and review and update when needed. — Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources. — Design and conduct employee orientations. — Work in line with the company requirements on Training Needs Assessment and conduct an annual training plan. — Recommend, develop and schedule training with various training providers. — Monitor daily attendance and understand causes of continues attendance delays and leaves. — Prepare and maintain human resource data base, HR software system, and manual filing systems. — Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation — Ensure that all staff are aware of the policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively. — Make sure that all staff members have done the annual performance appraisal, summarize the staff appraisals, and highlight important comments in their appraisals. — Develop HR budget for the Company.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree in related subject from an accredited university. • A minimum of 9 years experience preferably in multinational companies. • Very good in English both oral and written • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated and proactive. • Initiative • Teamwork and cooperation. • Flexibility. • Analytical thinking. • Concern for order and quality • Excellent communication skills • Excellent Time Management
