Description —The Account Manager will own and manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service to his/her customers. —He/ She will provide his clients with the necessary external and internal support needed for the smooth and efficient running of their activities, to assure that all terms and conditions of contractual agreement are well coordinated. —The Account Manager acts as a single point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly. He/she keeps account information in relevant files and databases. —The Account Manager conducts assessment of guarantors daily requests to determine their training needs on various issues. —Assist sale intermediaries of guarantors in concluding sales when needed. —Ensure that sales materials (Pamphlets, Brochures etc) are effectively used and distributed to brokers and/or other potential clients. —Introduce and coordinate the after sales services visits.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree. •1-2 years experience as Account Manager. •Previous experience in life & medical insurance is preferred. •Excellent negotiation & presentation skills. •Good computer skills. •Self motivated with ability to handle pressure & tight deadlines
