Description 1. Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries. Queries may range between coverage questions, network location and medical questions. 2. Receive requests from Healthcare providers (Hospitals, Laboratories, pharmacies‡) and reply with approval decision (approved or rejected). 3. Participate in committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams that improve patient satisfaction.
Qualifications 1. Minimum two years of professional experience as medical doctor in Healthcare facilities (Hospitals). 2. Experience in medical insurance is a major plus. 3. Excellent verbal Communication skills. 4. Excellent Listening skills. 5. Must be computer literate. 6. Excellent English Skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
