Description Recording and posting accounts receivables journal entries. Update and maintain aging report. Follow up on overdue balances with clients and co-ordinate AR settlements with sales and collection teams. Completes billing documents and calculates credit terms, discounts, shipment charges and rates for goods/ services and sends billing invoices to the sales department on a daily basis. Records received payments/deposits and reviews and updates aged receivables records for unpaid balances. Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services. Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures. Prepare invoices and coding payment documents. Prepare batches of invoices for data entry. Process backup reports after data entry. Maintain listing of accounts receivable. Maintain the general ledger. Ensures cash receipts, claims, or unpaid invoices are accounted for properly. Calculates and enters charges for interest, refunds, or related items. Produces account statements or other related reports
Qualifications Excellent communication skills -Advanced Excel -Construction/Industrial Field background -SCALA/Microsoft Dynamics background
