Description Senior Account Executive - Recruitment Center —Market and sell (indoor and outdoor) recruitment online & offline services as well as AmCham employment fairs. —Undertake the various stages of the recruitment process, as required by the client. —Maintain and review a register of candidates appropriate to all potential client requirements ( online & offline) —Maintain clients and candidates records to ensure updated information at all times. —Follow up on the required pre-employment checks to ensure that candidates are qualified for jobs being filled. —Handle the administration of the recruitment center. —Interview the candidates to ensure there suitability —Perform any other task as requested from the manager. —Participate in AmCham events to provide CDC services.
Qualifications Sales Experience is a MUST. Experience in the recruitment field is preferred. Excellent English language. Excellent communication Skills. Excellent presentation Skills.
