Description  Effectively manage business generated through brokers and business partners.  Develop existing brokers and clients portfolio through up and cross selling.  Increase number of active brokers and introduce new brokers to Orient  Closely monitor insurance contracts renewals and ensure highest renewal ratio  Assist in introducing new satisfaction tools to brokers / captive / direct clients  Closely monitor and follow-up collections and ensure minimum outstanding  Keep close relations to business partners and clients  Assist in improving business process time and ensure optimized client satisfaction and less complaints  Hold internal and external client / broker meetings as required for business review and development  Develop business reports and presentations as required
Qualifications  University degree in Business Administration or a related field  MBA, Post graduate studies in Business / Marketing is a plus.  2-5 years of experience in the fields of sales or account management  Previous experience in insurance / Banking in specific and in a financial institution at large is a plus.  Presentable and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. INSURANCE BACKGROUND IS A MUST
