Description Effectively manage business generated through brokers and business partners. Develop existing brokers and clients portfolio through up and cross selling. Increase number of active brokers and introduce new brokers to Orient Closely monitor insurance contracts renewals and ensure highest renewal ratio Assist in introducing new satisfaction tools to brokers / captive / direct clients Closely monitor and follow-up collections and ensure minimum outstanding Keep close relations to business partners and clients Assist in improving business process time and ensure optimized client satisfaction and less complaints Hold internal and external client / broker meetings as required for business review and development Develop business reports and presentations as required
Qualifications University degree in Business Administration or a related field MBA, Post graduate studies in Business / Marketing is a plus. 2-5 years of experience in the fields of sales or account management Previous experience in insurance / Banking in specific and in a financial institution at large is a plus. Presentable and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. INSURANCE BACKGROUND IS A MUST
