Description Customer Services Assistant - Communications Department. Responding and answering all types of inquiries (phone, email, social media) and giving out information about Zewail City and its constituents. Handling first level inquiries, and transferring inquiries and calls to relevant departments. Carrying out external visits from other organizations to zewail City. Logging all inquiry types and calls and prepare a monthly report with the visits feedback. Cover for other Customer Service Assistant. Perform other tasks as assigned by Director Communications and the Communications team.
Qualifications One year of experience in a customer facing role. University Degree. Capable User of Microsoft Office suite.
