Description Maintains personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. —Give training and orientation to all new employees. —Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file. —Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks. —Contact candidates for interview and manage interview timings. —Follow up with candidates. —Prepare necessary documents and contracts. — Provides training for new and current employees on communication systems, including telephone and email. —Handling training & Development —Handling compensations and benefits. —Make sure company policies are well implemented.
Qualifications •Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills •Very good computer skills •Problem solving skills and ability to learn •Ability to learn new software applications •Team player •Ability to handle stress •Excellent English command •Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete training in accordance with stated deadlines •Enjoy working with people •Be patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable •Be able to stay calm in difficult situations •Have good spoken and written communication skills •Be confident about gathering facts and statistics •Have good organizing skills •Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
