Description Follow up on websites content and update it — Follow up on tradeshows registration and provide all needed info. — Presentation copywriting — Follow up on the seminars activities (invitation, calls, and follow up calls) — Handling all POS materials and agencies. — Handling the direct mailing. — Receives in-bounds and reports them directly to the sales department as sales leads. — Co-ordinates with different departments in the organization that needs to be updated regularly with the latest information from the marketing database (Distribution channels, Marketing communication, Public relations, Research and development) for planning and decision support. — Participates directly in PR and product promotional campaigns via phone calls, faxes, and direct mail. — Probes and segments existing and potential clients, gathers more information, and public opinions to provide and assist sales campaigns with best guidance in formulating their messages. — Is responsible for arranging receptions, seminars, focus groups, or any other form that would contribute to evaluating public opinions. — Handles editorial, articles, press releases, newsletters, press kit, and establishes personal channels through which these tools can be best utilized and have a direct impact. — Follow up on the designs of any advertising works internally and/or externally. — Handles ‘Giveaways– for special events or when the company is undertaking an important decision that might influence its activities for the upcoming period, like product launching ‡etc.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business or advertising or other related fields. • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills • Very good computer skills • Problem solving skills and ability to learn • Ability to learn new software applications • Team player • Ability to handle stress • Excellent English command • Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete training in accordance with stated deadlines • Enjoy working with people
