Description The Patient Services Manager is responsible for overall patient services delivery to ensure high client (Guarantor) satisfaction. As such he will ensure smooth running of the daily operations and prompt complaint resolution to attain excellence in customer servicing. He is in charge of Customer and Patient Services Department (Call Center and Approvals). As such all staff members working in this department will be reporting to him to ascertain that department objectives are met.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. 2. 7-10 years of experience in medical insurance field (in approvals department).
