Description Solve all assigned incidents and fulfill the assigned services request. Attend the service achievement meetings. Apply the daily operation tasks. Issue the required reports. In roll in the on call schema.
Qualifications very good development skills mainly PERL and PHP. Technical knowledge of Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server computer operating systems. Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Capacity and Performance Management ITIL disciplines. knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar. Solid understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies and a good grasp of Service Oriented Architecture concepts. Technical knowledge of SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, IPv6 and similar network management related protocols. Technical knowledge of XML, JDBC/ODBC, SQL, Java, JavaScript, shell, and similar network management related languages. Knowledge of and exposure to HP BSM tools suite (SiteScope / BPM / RUM / NNM / Diagnostics / ArcSight), BMC Remedy, Appdynamics, and Dynatrace
