Description Responsible for the definition, development and execution of regular network performance reports. To establish processes and systems to retrieve network performance statistics from Element Management and ensure reports are generated by Performance Engineers on timely basis. Investigate and rectify network problems, e.g. call setup failures, drop calls, handover failures, etc. To assist operation team in isolation and troubleshooting of faults in radio network, ensure SLA commitment is achieved. Network performance analysis, and KPI reporting. Provide training to existing local staff. Responsible for updating Performance Problem List Tracker. To ensure Performance process and work flow applied by all staff. Responsible for preparing and training for New Staff. PM TL shall do performance daily audit for the whole network KPIs to make sure that the Pm team detect all the network problems within SLA & ensuring customer. satisfaction. Support in any customer request. Pre-agreed process of escalation in case the detected problem is not solved. Sending monthly reports to the customer with all agreed process & business KPIs in KPI. Events handling: make sure that the team members monitoring the network KPIs in events times (e.g. Eid event, Holidays, weekends and etc.) Prepare Benchmark report after Major Event (e.g. EID Event). Responsible for technical assessment for the team members . Provide Daily audited for business KPIs.

Comments 3-5 Experience to work in Huawei-Etisalat MS project .
