Description Responsibilities — Manage all warehouse operations related to raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods — Lead several warehouse teams under the direct supervision and direction of the supply chain director — Maintain the highest ethical and moral standards whilst delivering outstanding service within the factory and to the companys customers Tasks — Oversee and organize the daily reception, sorting, storage, recording and dispatch of raw materials, consumables and spare parts in coordination with the purchasing, planning, maintenance and safety departments — Supervise and organize the daily reception, recording, packing, loading and delivery of finished goods in coordination with the planning, testing, sales and safety departments, and logistic partners — Issue accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner and record daily raw materials, consumables and finished goods stock movements on the companys ERP systems — Anticipate and identify any potential activity peaks and/or disruptions, and establish contingency plans accordingly in coordination with all the concerned departments to maintain and secure a continuous and responsive operational capability — Conduct regular performance reviews, implement safety, health and cleanliness policies, monitor employee holidays and plan for effective coverage, evaluate all critical training needs, and apply all the companys administrative procedures
Qualifications • BA in Business Administration or equivalent • Excellent command of English language • 10 years working experience in an industrial warehouse environment • 3 years in the same managerial position • Past experience in cable manufacturing is an asset
