Description Monitor and report the out of stock. Slow moving. Damaged. Expired products. issuing receipts permissions and assure the accuracy of procedures implementation Set the minimum and reordering stock level. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities . Cycle counts. Stock takes. And audit of same to verify results and controlling the storage process according to the specified conditions Train and monitor staff in standard operation procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices. including new employee inductions Follow up the daily in & out and deliveries conditions are executed and report any discrepancies Ensure that workplaces health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouses and stock Set & update standardize working procedures & labeling system based on best practices in FMCG warehousing system for all warehouses Review and follow up the entry of in and out information on companys ERP system .Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
Qualifications Experience 5 years in FMCG Field and 2 years in Supervision level . Bachelor Degree. Very Good in English, Excellent in MS Office & ERP System.

Other Skills Very Good Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Deadline-Oriented & Time Management Skills.
