Description Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System. Handles ticket issuance, rebook and refund for group and business affiliates. Submits daily Sales Reports of cash and credit sales. Assist and serves customers with a sense of responsibility for their utmost satisfaction Performs administrative functions.
Qualifications Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System. A dynamic, outgoing, flexible, thorough and organized candidate. One year of reservations and ticketing with IATA travel agency handling corporate account. Excellent customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns. Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries work flow and processes.

Other Skills Good Computer skills ( Microsoft Word & Excel ). Good Internet user. Good communication skills. Fast learner. Able to work in a team and cooperate with the team members. Ability to work under pressure
