Description — Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target in terms of volume and number of new clients. — Ensure that all set targets assigned to him/her are achieved. — Prepares periodical reports on his performance and targets. — Ensure that targeted customers/industries are matching with the companys Credit Policy Guide and Lending Criteria. — Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs. — Assessment of the market opportunities and target markets with periodic updates to be presented to the team leader in line with market developments. — Promoting & managing of newly introduced products/programs to the market place. — Prepare and present the product benefits to prospective companies. — Provide good customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees. — Preparing leasing proposals. — Follow up rentals repayments and overdue. — Evaluate customers financial standing to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship. — Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (credit approval, funding, documentation‡etc.) — Create new marketing channels for the companys products. — Follow up on performance of accounts and solve any problems to ensure on time collection. — Follow up timely disbursement of funds to the client. — Review performance and objectives with his supervisors. — Prepare full credit package including clients business study, financial analysis, projections, industry and market analysis, proposed terms and conditions and covenants. — Able to present and discuss the credit package with the proper credit authority. — Any other duties as assigned by the management related to his / her department.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Commerce/Economics/ Business Administration (Minimum Good). • Credit certified is a must. • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate banking/Leasing field. • Excellent command of both English and Arabic. • Effective communication skills. • High negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent leadership & analytical skills. • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
