Description — Responsible for achieving a pre-set marketing target/return to the company. — Initiation and development of products/ business relationships with different schemes to generate business in different industry sectors including vendor finance programs and other approved programs. — Promoting & management of newly introduced products/programs to the market. — Provide efficient customer service standards and maintain ongoing relationships with existing lessees. — Evaluate customers financial means to achieve a favorable risk/return relationship. — Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing calls of the team. — Preparing leasing proposals. — Follow up rentals repayments and overdue. — Responsible for all aspects of the lease transaction until closure of the deal (legal, credit approval, funding, documentation‡etc.) — Assist in data gathering for the companys client database. — Prepare a preliminary database to be submitted for screening by the team leader. — Assist in client visits and the collection of all the required documents. — Prepare comprehensive call reports to document all customers call visits. — Following up through client visits to ensure the completion of the clients file and required information to complete the credit analysis. — Reviewing all the clients documents. — Maintaining and updating an organized filing system for each client. — Entering all the clients data on the system. — Help identify and resolve client concerns. — Coordinate with different departments to ensure the closing of transaction. — Initial evaluation of cases referred by marketing and proposing a deal structure or rejecting unsuitable cases. — Preparation of full Credit Package that presents the proposed facility required and the associated terms and conditions.
Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Commerce or Business Administration. • Minimum of 3 years experience in the credit analysis field as well as marketing. • Credit certificate required. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages.
