Description Design a sales activity plan and determine work methods to achieve objectives. Plan and prepare for the sales interviews and sales presentations. Seek and apply new knowledge and skills to produce improved business performance. Allocate time to develop oneself within the job role. Contribute to discussions to solve problems. Share good ideas and best practice amongst colleagues. Willingly help others, working with them to achieve individual and team goals Effectively contribute to the customer service satisfaction with the sales process. Pro-actively act to add value and ensure that customers expectations are always clearly established and met. Periodically review own service performance against required service standards. Maintain effective oral and written communications. Effectively validate customer information to qualify sales opportunities. Effectively record, store and retrieve both hard and soft customer information. Make suggestions for improving products, services, sales policy and strategy. Comply with all relevant legislation and codes of practice. Research customer files to identify potential cross sales opportunities Use a best practice approach when making tele-sales/tele-appoint calls.
Qualifications . University degree. 2. Fresh or 1-2 years of experience in the sales industry in the fields of (insurance, Loans, credit cards, Real Estate, Retail). 3. Presentation skills. 4. Ambitious / money motivated. 5. Communication skills.
