Qualifications Bachelor Degree or equivalent - Customer Service Experience Preferred - Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts (Morning / Evening) - Believe in a high level of customer service - Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy social interaction - Must be a patient, courteous listener, able to show empathy - Must have a cooperative, positive with an optimistic attitude - Basic math skills - Cash Register Experience Required - Must follow instructions precisely - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to multitask - Enjoy working with people - Solve problems.
