1. Creation of customer invoices submission to customers along with relevant documents and get customer acknowledgement. 2. Control the recording of invoicing and reporting of receivables in order to ensure the company’s financial position is protected and cash flows secured. 3. Follow-up with customers for the collections to ensure that all payments are received within due date. 4. Contact client representatives where relevant to follow up on outstanding invoices and trace payments. 5. Monitor customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. 6. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers’ accounts payable personnel. 7. Processing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, evaluating and applying effective internal controls and supports emerging requirements. 8. Ensure any write off of bad debts are adequately approved and all valid documentation attached. 9. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. 10. Directing Phone Calls to Customers to smooth Collection process and resolve any issue caused delay of payment.
Qualifications •University Degree in Accounting. •1-2 years of experience. •Excellent of both written and spoken English. •Very good business writing skills. .Very good communication skills.
