We need the following tasks to accomplish the finishing of our work in Sea & Air Import & Export department (Customer service ) 1- Checking for mistakes in the documents and sending to the agent on it to get the correct one. 2-Issuing invoices 3-Data Entry for the vessels. 4-Agent correspondence + Sending instruction to our offices branches. 5-Following arrival notice by searching Consignee contact numbers on the websites then we send to the agent to provide us with this data. 6-Preparing the original documents for the routing shipments which the client needs to release it from our office + receiving from clients payment receipt and sending instruction to Alexandria office. 7-Following the calls that’s we received
Qualifications •Ability to learn new roles quickly •Ability to work under pressure •Good Communication skills •Ability to work as an effective team member •Very good spoken & written for English language.
