1) Establish and develop the Performance Management functions, new policies, and procedures to enhance the departments work flow. 2) Develop, direct, and manage the implementation and effectiveness of the Performance Management Process to ensure its succession. 3) Analyze significant performance management and appraisal management issues to generate expert-level recommendations and alternative solutions. 4) Plan and implement the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as a tool of development for each position. 5) Plan and implement 360 degree assessment (KPI) as a tool of evaluation for each position. 6) Submit analysis reports about the Performance Appraisal process to illustrate its gaps and employees’ action plans. 7) Plan, develop, update, and follow up the implementation of the Probation Period Evaluation Process. 8) Develop and maintain proper filing systems for employees’ performance appraisal files. 9) Plan, implement, and follow up the Employees Satisfaction Survey and suggest recommendations for improvement to maintain a high level of satisfaction in the organization. 10) Develop and deliver training to the Upper and Middle Line Managers on performance management process to increase their awareness of the appraisal phases and dealing with inadequate performers 11) Plan and implement the entire phases of the grievance process and submit regular reports regarding the process to ensure equity among the employees. 12) Participate in delivering the HR Orientation Sessions to the newly hired employees to communicate the corporation’s HR policies
Qualifications Exp. From 1 - 3 years in Same Title. Preferred HR Certificate Or Master Degree
