•Preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements•Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure•Developing and managing financial systems•Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.•Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.•Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.•Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.•Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.•Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.•Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements•Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the companys borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchange positions•Maintain banking relationships•Assist in determining the companys proper capital structure•Arrange for equity and debt financing•Invest funds•Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows•Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of Accounting •Other relevant studies are preferable (CMA-CPA-MBA). •Experience: 7-10 Years of Experience and 3 years of experience in the same position •Developing Budgets •Tracking Budget Expenses •Managing Financial Processes •Judgment and Decision Making •Management of Financial Resources •Complex problem solving •Operations analysis.
