Main Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of multi-site active directory environment. Strong knowledge of SW and HW firewalls such as (Fortigate, TMG , etc … ) Strong knowledge in configuring VPN site to site and multisite protocols Strong knowledge of Cisco routers and switches managements. Good knowledge of voice over IP , IP phones configuration , VoIP server administration ( knowledge in Elastix’ VoIP system is an advantage ) Configure, install and administer all network devices. (routers, Switches, Access Points, Printer…) across LAN WAN ,Troubleshooting any network and connectivity issues Manage Microsoft office 365 Cloud system subscriptions, installation and configuration. Previous experience in deploy , maintain and publishing Microsoft Terminal Service 2012 is an advantage Install, configure and monitor the daily support of employees computer systems (Windows 7/8 ) Maintain inventory of all equipment and software licenses. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Verify that an internet connection is functional throughout the entire company at all times.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Communication from one of the leading universities. Certified MCSE or MCITP and CCNA (preferred) Strong knowledge of all Microsoft OS. (windows8, Windows server 2003, 2008 ,2012) Strong knowledge of the utility Terminal Services Manager. Strong knowledge Systems Management Server (SMS) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 (preferred) Eager to learn new technologies
