1. Responsible for maintaining records relating to testing data, and applying statistical quality control procedures. 2. Field construction quality control oversight on vertical construction projects. 3. Develop quality control reports, post construction reports and detailed progress reporting. 4. Assist in development and management of project execution for successful project execution. 5. Assure, to the best of your abilities that all materials, workmanship and construction are in full compliance with the contract plans and specifications, and all applicable building codes. 6. Require that defective work or material be corrected or removed until made compliant. 7. Submittal review and approval, including recommendations for variations 8 . Manage the quality control organization to control the quality and to minimize costs and achieve optimum quality and efficiency for the company. 9. Perform inspections as needed. Prepare and maintain inspection and performance records daily. 10. Hold meetings with subcontractors and all concerned parties as needed
Qualifications -B.Sc. Engineering, Civil - Architect -Junior 2 to 4, Senior 6 to 9 years experience in the construction filed in Quality Control - Have technical and management skills needed for such position -Use of computer programs
