Qualifications - Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System. - A dynamic, outgoing, flexible, thorough and organized candidate. - One year of reservations and ticketing with IATA travel agency handling corporate account. - Excellent customer service skills which provide solutions and meet clients concerns. - Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries work flow and processes.
