- Managing construction projects and overseeing building work (day-to-day management of the site), including supervising and monitoring the site labor-force and the work of any subcontractors. - Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy. - Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, clients, representatives, other professional staff and the general workforce involved in the project. - Preparing reports as required. - Solving problems and providing technical advice. - Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Qualifications - BSC Civil/Architecture Engineering. - Experience from 3 to 5. - Good communications skills and Team Collaboration. - Must be Self-Motivated, Eager to Learn and constantly working on his Skills. - Must have Strong Time Management Skills and the Ability meet Tight Deadlines.
