Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Airline Customer Service Agent located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Airline Customer Service Agent will be responsible for booking reservations, checking in passengers, assisting customers with special needs, and resolving customer complaints. The Airline Customer Service Agent will also provide information on flight schedules, fares, and cancellations.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Prior experience in the airline industry is a plus.

Must be flexible with Night & Overnight shifts.

Benefits:

• Salary 10500 gross,1200 granted overnight allowance,1400 kpis based on performance,

 plus 50% of the basic salary as cost-of-living support to be added every month after the probation.
