- Participate in the conception, design for the projects - Prepare project technical manuals - Participate in Preparing specifications & bid documents - Study offers & participate in selecting suppliers - Supervise & control work development - Receive works, report discrepancies and propose solutions - Overseeing building work, surveying sites - Preparing design drawings and work drawings - Coordinate participants work and control time plan - Carrying out quality inspections on work - Solving any problem on all sides - Prepare and present recommendations for departments related to technical directions, workflow improvements, metrics development, project risks and financial issues. - Applying health and safety policies and procedures - Provide feedback to his manager on the performance of the lower level staff
Qualifications -Bachelor degree in Architecture engineering or any other related fields. -Minimum 3 years of work experience. - V.Good command in using Photo-shop, Auto-Cad, 3D Max
