• Implement the performance appraisal system. • Implementation HR business plan. • Set & update job analysis and job description for all Technical positions (Engineering). • Set skills matrix producers, Job competencies, KPIs and policy for all positions. • Update organizational chart regularly and keep records of old versions. • Implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. • Implement performance appraisal system over ORACLE JDE that drives high performances • Set Employees engagement survey. • A hands-on representative of the Human Resources department whose job is to help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions. • Provide support using HR metrics • Insure legal compliance • Collect training needs analysis from different departments across the corporate. • Support area line manager/supervisor, HOD in implementing training and development programs. • Communicating with service providers, preparing training plan & training evaluation. • Coordinate company’s training programs & Companys Team building & recreational events • Collect training needs analysis from different departments across the company. • Responsible for all training process (TNA, set the plan, implement and Evaluate)
Qualifications Reputable Bachelor degree, HR Diploma or HBBP, or, HRCI or, HRP is preferred Proficient in using Microsoft office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project]. Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities 3-5 years experienced in HR general functions. Fluent spoken and written English Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Other Skills Strong knowledge of HR OS [i.e. ORACLE JDE, ERP Or, SAP] is an advantage.
