Handling orders from ordering to delivery while coordinating with internal departments and personnel to ensure efficiency and satisfaction. Sending orders as instructed by management to suppliers. Arranging best pickup time to meet delivery date. Arrange shipping quotations within approved budgets. Arrange all needed documents for the shipment and legalization. Checking on shipped orders and documents before reaching port of discharge. Updating client/s on the status of their shipment/s. Taking necessary actions towards arranging receiving orders at the warehouse. Arranging delivery of goods at client’s location and timely installation. Reporting management on all orders status on timely bases.
Qualifications Solid background in logistics issues, importing and freight forwarding processes. Perfect English both written and spoken. Perfect computer soft skills. Perfect communication & coordination skills. Reporting to the Logistics Manager. Can handle many tasks at the same time. Excellent skills dealing with different departments

Other Skills preferable that you have an experience in transportation, very good computer user
