-Supervise all import and purchasing procedures in terms of documentation and shipping. -Co-ordinates activities of distribution at warehouses with activities of sales record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability. -Full responsibility of distribution fundamentals, inventory control and stocks level. -Ensuring stocks availability in accordance with sales demands. -Ensuring quality of delivery, overseeing stock control and processing orders. -Tracing the history of items to determine reasons of discrepancies between inventory, stock control and analyzing slow and fast moving items. -Coordinating with the marketing department in terms of market analysis, business plans, customer complains in order to increase the market share of the company. -Supervise Consolidating reports about monthly imports and sales volumes. -Plan & implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities as well as shipping and custom clearance procedures. -Identify the need for storage racks and other accessories to establish the stores room. -Conduct physical verification from time to time in terms of layout. -Coordinates activities of distribution at warehouses with activities of sales record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability.
Qualifications Experience in import company is preferable.
