•Designs the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans for various geographical areas and assigns each member of the sales team their target plan based on a well-studied market vision. •Opens new markets for selling our manufactured products. •Evaluates the Sales Unit performance and structure, and implements the necessary changes towards maximizing the sales percentages while reducing the cost ratios. •Leads the sales team members, follows up on their plans achievement and evaluate their performance to meet the unit strategic objectives. •Submits regular weekly, monthly and annual reports concerning products, customers and collection process in coordination with different company departments.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree preferably in business administration, engineering or any related major having same experience. • Sales Management experience no less than 5 years preferably in the field of selling poultry and animal feed . • Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational skills •Strong management, leadership. •Ability to communicate well and work through others •Good computer skills.
