Sector Management: - To ensure new clients eligibility & activation in coordination with BRC Manager. - Responsible for clients allocations & maintain balance of programs - Review TNAs and approve training plans - Create database for Training plans - Coordinate meetings and sector events Project Management: - Project management of sectoral / group projects - To monitor & rate service providers performance & quality of services through frequent visits to key clients Support Sector Head as related to: Export and exhibitions program: - Follow up with companies participating in Exhibitions - Prepare correspondences with Export Councils - Create database for exhibitions & log files - Assist in preparing Exhibitions evaluations and reports - Coordination with VCD and other Programs to ensure services alignment and impact Sector Administration & Reports: - Create data base for CAT Logs / Program activity; - Maintain files, database for clients, stakeholders …etc and information in good order; - Responsible for collecting & updating sector data; - To prepare sectors profile (background, over view, data, etc...); - Prepare Steering Committee minutes of meetings.
Qualifications Staff Management: - Being the focal point between Sector & field team - To acquire & develop sector specific knowledge & transfer it to the field team - To maintain high level of customer service and relations with key accounts. Operations and Reporting: - To prepare sector statistics & reports - Report on performance on regular basis to the Sector Head - To fully deputize Sectors Head on their responsibilities during their absence - Perform any other related duty that is deemed necessary by his direct supervisor.
