- Study the project documents (time schedule, project design drawings, etc..) - Prepare shop drawings and fixing drawings based on projects’ design drawings - Preparing factory based cutting lists and related sketches for stone & marble works. - Coordinate with project engineering team to receive needed documents. - Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict (civil, mech., electrical, etc..) - Preparing of stone orders (Cutting list) - Study & prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. - Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. - Preparing as-built drawings at the end of the project
Qualifications degree in architecture or civil engineering. preferable Exp. in marble industry
