1. Install and configure selected software and hardware products 2. Create new users’ accounts and profiles for the newly hired employees 3. Maintain printer queues; evaluate the overall printing process 4. Maintain and configure all the network devices (routers, switches and firewall) 5. Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities 6. Troubleshoot system and network issues as well as diagnose and solve the software/hardware errors
Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in any field - Minimum 1 year of related experience - CCNA, MCSE, MCITP & CCNP Certifications are preferred - Knowledge of Windows Operating System, Hard Desk Management tools, Anti-Spyware, Microsoft Office, Remote Control Software, LAN-IM and Ethernet Cabling
