- Responsible for organizing site visit with the employer if possible - Responsible for collecting/reviewing site visit and TN overview reports - Responsible for organizing site visit (if wasnt done) with the employer and the tender committee - Responsible for Collecting/Approving/Reviewing all docs - Responsible for collecting queries and raising them - Responsible for providing Suppliers and Subcontractors with the SPECs, DWGs & BOQ, using the Material RFP and subcontractors RFP - Responsible for getting price quotations - Responsible for gathering all required information regarding the project from the TN, and communicating it to the Project Team through DC. Essential documents include: o Time schedule. o Execution methodology. o Proposed organizational chart with regards to the Technical Office. o General and particular conditions of the Contract. o BOQ’s and total cost of the project. o Proposed cash flow. o Design drawings and specifications. Answers to tender queries.
Qualifications - Bachelor in Engineering preferred. A minimum of 3+ years of experience gained within a tender position or similar - Experience in proposal or grant writing is an advantage

Other Skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. - Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. - Commercial awareness of tendering processes with a sound understanding of business development. - Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy. - Strong writing and proof reading skills. - Extensive negotiation, influencing and decision making skills. - Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. - Able to identify opportunities for further business development. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. - Ability to multi task, working on several projects at any one time. Ability to motivate and coach direct line report/s to ensure their potential is fulfilled
