•Responsible for the administration, management and delivery of all housing programs, services and properties in order to ensure they are delivered and maintained in an effective and efficient manner: •Manage and administer all financial responsibilities and obligations •Manage the ongoing maintenance of housing units in order to ensure that all housing is safe and maintained •Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control and food control •Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management. •Planning and coordinating daily menus •Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. •Managing staff and providing them with feedback. •Responding to customer (employees) complaints. •Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. •Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree •7:12 years Experience •Very good leadership skills •Very good Ms. Office user •Strong communication skills
