1. Communicate with the authors to collect the due amounts of the unpaid invoices on time to cover the publication costs 2. Prepare any requested paperwork to facilitate and accelerate the payment process 3. Receive, revise, and match the payment receipts (Credit Cards, Checks, and Bank Transfers) with their corresponding invoices to ensure the receipt of the total due charges 4. Update the Manuscript Tracking System with the payment details and double check to ensure the accuracy of the inserted data 5. Contact the authors to confirm the receipt of the payments and prepare soft/hard copies of the paid invoices upon the author request 6. File the hard copies of the payments receipts (Checks and Bank Transfers) to get back to them, whenever needed 7. Handle refund cases, and prepare Credit Memos for any extra paid amounts 8. Handle any extraordinary cases (reduction, waived once and bad debts) to finalize them properly
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in any field - 0-1 year of experience - Upper Intermediate English level - Intermediate level of Computer knowledge - Good business writing skills
