Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for projects. Develop working drawings for interior designs. Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets building codes. Coordinate work schedules. Work collaboratively with other members of the team. Supervising and Managing the members of the team.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Fine Arts / Applied Arts is required. - 2-4 years of experience - Proficiency in 3D MAX, AutoCAD and Photoshop is required. any other related design software is a plus. Demonstrated ability to communicate with appropriate graphic, drawing and sketching skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills. General knowledge of primary disciplines.
