Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations. Plan and execute all out bound packages through an annual plan with specific dates and bookings. Drawing up travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences while creating the annual plan. Making arrangements for transport, accommodation, tours, and activities. Advising the customer about travel destinations. Dealing with and documenting complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner. Planning and advertising different promotions. Evaluating customers’ holidays and issuing appropriate feedback forms. Making presentations to travel groups. Assess goals, identify trends and insights, and optimize packages based on market requirements and season. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Proven working experience in developing outbound packages. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online bookings.
Qualifications BSC of Tourism & Hotels or related field. Experience 3-5 years in similar position. Good interpersonal skills. The ability to work well as part of a team. Good IT skills. Competent organizational skills. Good sales skills, both over the telephone and face-to-face. Age not more than 33 years
