• Support ,Coaching & developing and monitoring team members to achieve individual & team target • Achieving assigned sales target ( Monthly - Annually ) • Establishing & maintaining a strong relation with potential customers . • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and targeted customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/ services . • Closing deals , sign sales &maintaining contracts with direct customers . • Reporting & forecasting sales activities . • Maintaining customers data and record updates on business database (CRM ) . • Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization. • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. • Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals. • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Coordinate with the company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. • Promote sales of properties through advertisements on social media and newspapers • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements • Develop team performance reports periodically ( Weekly , Monthly and Quarterly reports)
Qualifications • Experience in Real Estate Market . • Excellent Selling Skills • Excellent Negotiation skills . • Excellent Communication skills . • Ability to work under pressure .

Compensations Fixed Salary + Competitive Commission Social Insurance
